How does the process work?

We work with you to define the role, then post the job. We’ll run application screening, interviews, reference checks & skills assessments to narrow down the applicant pool, so you can choose amongst the finalists.

Where do you find talent?

Globally- our recruiting network spans from the US, Philippines, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Africa. Our recruiters are local to the markets they serve, finding you the best talent. 

What’s your pricing structure?

We take a one-time placement fee for finding and placing the role for you. If you need onboarding and managerial support, we can help with that too.

What roles do you hire for?

Our bread & butter is mid-senior level marketing and operations roles; people who have been in the industry for 5-10 years, are experienced in all the latest softwares & best practices.

What information do I need to prepare to get started?

You just need to know the responsibilities of the role you need filled. We’ll help you build the job description and take it from there.

Do you manage my hires, or do I?

We don’t add another layer of middle-management. We believe in lean, efficiently run teams, and let you run your teams the way you see fit. We’ll find you the best talent that fits within your ecosystem, so you can empower them to grow.

Can I hire hourly roles through Tidal?

We do not handle hourly roles, but have plenty of friends who do! We can introduce you. 

How long does it take to find my hire?

Most roles are filled within 3-4 weeks of job posting.

How do you evaluate candidates?

We established a bulletproof evaluation system for our own companies, and have implemented that same process for you. You have experienced brand owners & operators overseeing the whole thing, keeping you updated on progress.

How many candidates do I get to choose from?

We screen anywhere from 300-500 applicants down to a handful of finalists. You get to choose from the best.

What happens if my new hire doesn’t work out?

We’ll find you a better fit. We fill most replacements in 1-2 weeks.

How long are employment contracts?

Most work arrangements are established as month-month contracts.
